Before you call

Do I have to be local to work with you?
Not at all. Most of our clients are spread across the UK — we work cloud-first in Xero and meet on Teams or Zoom when needed. The Shrewsbury office is here for those who want to come in.
How much will it cost?
It depends on what you need. After a 30-minute discovery call we send a written proposal with a fixed monthly fee scoped around your business — no tiers, no surprises, no upsells and consultancy. We agree the fee before any work starts. See our fees →
What do you need from me to give a quote?
For most engagements: a 30-minute call to understand what you do. For switching from another accountant: that, plus your most recent set of accounts and any tax returns. We don’t need anything before you call.
Are your accountants qualified?
Yes. Our work is led by qualified accountants — ACA, ACCA, CTA and FCCA — and we’re committed to the highest professional standards. You’ll always speak to someone qualified, not a junior on a script.
How quickly can you onboard a new client?
Usually within a week of you saying yes. We handle writing to your previous accountant, getting copies of your records, and setting up your bookkeeping. If you’re up against a tax deadline, tell us — we’ll move faster.
What if I’m not switching, just want one-off advice?
