Graham Loosley
Director (FCCA)
With over 40 years of experience in accountancy and tax, Graham is an FCCA-qualified accountant with deep technical knowledge and a calm, practical approach. A former Ernst & Young accountant, he has advised countless clients over the years on a wide range of accounting, tax and financial matters. Known for making complex issues feel clear and manageable, Graham offers trusted advice built on decades of experience.
Outside of work, Graham enjoys spending time with his family and running, occasionally taking on the odd marathon challenge.
Jake Holdroyd
Accounts Partner (ACA)
Jake is an ACA Chartered Accountant through ICAEW with a degree in Mathematics. He oversees compliance work across the firm, supporting clients in meeting their statutory and tax obligations accurately and efficiently. Known for his structured and detail-focused approach, he helps clients keep their financial affairs organised, compliant and up to date.
Away from the office, Jake enjoys medieval reenactment at historic sites and hiking in the Lake District, where he is gradually working his way through the Wainwright fells.
Sarwar Ahmed
Clients Manager (ACCA)
As an ACCA-qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, Sarwar brings over 10 years of experience in UK practice. He manages a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting them with corporate and personal tax compliance alongside clear, practical advice to help them plan effectively. His approach focuses on keeping clients’ affairs robust, compliant, and aligned with their longer-term goals.
In his spare time, Sarwar enjoys travelling and making the most of any opportunity to explore new destinations and enjoy a sunny getaway.
Peter Loosley
Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA)
Peter is a Chartered Tax Adviser, a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), and advises on a range of tax matters. These include Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, business reliefs and succession planning. With nearly a decade of experience, he works closely with clients and colleagues to provide clear, practical guidance and help ensure structures are both robust and tax-efficient.
Beyond the office, Peter enjoys running, going to the cinema and a competitive game of chess.
Anna Hodges
Office Manager
As our Office Manager, Anna brings over a decade of experience in the accounting industry alongside a strong background in business support. She is at the heart of the team, providing high-level support and working closely with colleagues and clients to help keep projects on track and moving forward.
Outside of work, Anna loves the outdoors, often going off-road running or enjoying countryside walks with her little dog. She also values time with friends and family, whether on a weekend away in the motorhome or entertaining in the garden.
Jade Jaro
Personal Assistant
Jade provides dedicated support to the senior team, helping manage diaries, coordinate meetings and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Her organised and proactive approach plays an important role in maintaining structure and efficiency across the firm.
For leisure, Jade enjoys baking cakes and pastries and cooking for friends and family, bringing the same creativity and attention to detail to her time in the kitchen.
Elena Mayuga
Trust and Compliance Executive
Playing an important role in overseeing Trust Registration Service submissions and HMRC compliance, Elena helps ensure matters are managed accurately and efficiently. With a strong focus on coordination and clear processes, she plays a key role in delivering a smooth, well-organised service for clients.
In her spare time, Elena enjoys travelling, experiencing different cultures and discovering new cuisines, especially Japanese food.
Cindy Sobrevilla
Payroll Manager
As Payroll Manager, Cindy is committed to delivering an efficient and reliable payroll service for a diverse portfolio of valued clients. She takes great pride in ensuring every pay run is processed accurately and on time. Working closely with the Accounts and Bookkeeping teams, she also provides support with more complex payroll queries.
Outside of the office, Cindy is a keen traveller and an enthusiastic volleyball fan. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether over coffee or on a shopping trip.
Carl Sallutan
Practice Accountant (CPA)
Carl is a CPA-qualified accountant and brings over five years of experience supporting clients with a wide range of accounting matters, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. He works across company accounts, self-assessment tax returns, HMRC disclosures and management reporting, and is known for his clear, practical approach.
For leisure, Carl enjoys travelling with his family and spending time outdoors, especially camping in the mountains, by the beach and in the countryside.
Jasmine Bueno
Practice Accountant (CPA)
Jasmine assists with the preparation of accounts and self-assessment tax returns for a wide range of clients. As a CPA-qualified accountant, she enjoys working with financial information and takes pride in ensuring everything is accurate and delivered on time. Working closely with the team, Jasmine plays an important role in supporting the accounts process.
Beyond the office, Jasmine enjoys running and continually learning new things that support her personal and professional development.
Masab Ali
Practice Accountant (ACCA)
Masab is an ACCA-qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, supporting clients with company accounts, VAT returns, self-assessment tax returns and corporation tax computations, always with a keen eye for detail and a clear approach. By helping keep financial records compliant and up to date, he plays an important role in ensuring clients receive dependable day-to-day accountancy support.
In his leisure time, Masab relaxes by gardening at home and going for walks to unwind.
Mubashra Riaz
Practice Accountant (ACCA)
As an ACCA-qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, Mubashra prepares company accounts, self-assessment tax returns, and Capital Gains Tax computations, with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity. Saud Khan
Practice Accountant (ACCA)
Saud is an ACCA-qualified Chartered Certified Accountant who helps clients manage a range of accounting and tax matters, including year-end accounts, Capital Gains Tax reporting and self-assessment obligations. With a practical, detail-focused approach, he helps clients keep their affairs accurate, organised and up to date.
For leisure, Saud enjoys playing cricket and keeping up with a range of sports, including football.
Kate Loosley
Communications Manager
As Communications Manager, Kate oversees the firm’s website, blog, newsletters and wider content output. She helps ensure information is presented clearly and professionally across the firm’s platforms, so clients feel informed and supported. With a strong eye for detail and consistency, she helps shape content that reflects the firm’s values and approach.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys running and planning her race calendar, spending time with her rescue lurcher Sadie, and relaxing with arts and crafts.
